Our branches regularly host talks with authors of children’s books during our seasonal campaigns (Spring into Storytime, Summer Stars, Ireland Reads and the Children’s Book Festival). We also have visits from writers of adult fiction and non-fiction titles who talk about their work and often engage in Q&A sessions.
Local authors are also invited to discuss their work and we also have regular lectures from historians organised by our Tipperary Studies (Local History) department.
