Join Jennie Hannigan from the ETB for a Wellness course over four weeks.
Jennie will give and introduction to mindfulness meditation, breathing techniques and deep relaxation exercises, how to calm a busy and over thinking mind through practical exercises and working with the breath.
Jennie will also include areas on life coping skills, techniques for dealing with stress, anxiety and a variety techniques in dealing with difficult and challenging emotions while promoting positive mental health in our everyday lives.
