Memory Cafe, featuring a talk from Conor O’Brien of ALONE @ Carrick-on-Suir Library

A memory cafe is a welcoming, once monthly meeting for anyone who is affected by dementia. People living with dementia, their families and friends, healthcare professionals, and people who are interested in supporting a dementia inclusive community are all welcome to attend. Memory cafes are run by local voluntary steering committees, and are always free of charge. This meeting will also feature a talk by Conor O’Brien, support coordinator of ALONE, the national organisiation that enables older people to age at home. Conor will outline the supports and services provided by ALONE.
