A very special treat this Halloween from Clonmel library as we launch our Halloween Art Competition. We are looking for entries from 3 age brackets to create Halloween themed artwork. So if you have kids aged 5-7 years old, 8-10 years old or 11+ years old why not get them to have a go. Entry is FREE and there will be prizes for each group.
