Dr. Sabine Eggers will give a talk on Healthy Ageing in Carrick-on-Suir Library on October 23rd, at 6.45pm.
The talk will cover topics such as: – maintaining physical, mental and social well-being as we grow older – the significance of blood pressure, blood sugar levels and cholesterol – the importance of exercise, sleep and nutrition – preventative interventions for a full and active life in our later years
