- How to calm a busy and overthinking mind through practical exercises and working with the breath.
- Life coping skills and techniques for dealing with stress and anxiety.
- Learning how to respond as opposed to reacting to life events.
- A variety of skills and techniques in managing difficult and challenging emotions.
- Self-care and wellness tips.
- This will also include a variety of stress management techniques and positive mental health skills.
