‘When the Body Says No’ – The Cost of Hidden Stress: Presented by Dr. Sabine Eggers @ Carrick-on-Suir Library

This talk will provide answers to questions about the mind-body link. It will look at how stress and our emotional makeup play a role in an array of common diseases such as arthritis, cancer, diabetes, heart disease, irritable bowel syndrome and multiple sclerosis.

• Is there such thing as ‘cancer personality’?

We will learn about ‘The Seven A’s of Healing’ – the principles for healing and prevention of illness from hidden stress.
