Vision-net – Tipperary County Council Library Service

Vision-net provides immediate online access to all the latest company, business and director information on every Irish and UK company registered. All the data is sourced from the Company Registration Office in Ireland, the UK Companies House, the Courts, National Newspapers and the Insolvency Service.

To access Vision-Net you need your library card number. Once you have that you can access the resource by clicking the button below.

By scrolling through a report you can click on any C.R.O. document (filed since 1998) and a scanned image of the actual file document will appear on your screen which you can then print, view or save. What is Vision-net?

Vision-net provides access to the original documents filed by both Irish and UK companies with the Companies Registration Office and the Companies House (UK) respectively. Examples of documents include:

Audited Accounts
Changes in Directors
Allotment of Shares

The Registry of Business Names is also accessible through Vision-net.

How often is the information updated?

Information is updated daily. This means you get immediate and up to dates access to every single new company formed each day. You will also get access to the filed and recently scanned documents of all Irish, NI and UK companies.

This service is provided FREE of charge to members of Tipperary Library Service.

How do I use Vision-net?

First of all, click on this link: Vision-Net. Next enter your Library Card (Barcode) number and click the “Sign in” button and you are brought to the “Company Search” page. This provides you with a number of different search parameters. There is no requirement to fill in all data fields, simply enter the details you know and click “Search”. The more details you know, the more refined your results will be. As an added aid to searching, the company name field is equipped with predictive text which will auto-fill company names as you type.
